4When information may be shared

Information may be shared where reasonably necessary with sellers, buyers, payment providers, banks, GSTIN and account-verification providers, courier partners, hosting and communication providers, professional advisers and government or judicial authorities.

5Payments and seller verification

Payment, GSTIN and bank checks may be completed by authorised third-party providers. FashionHubs may retain verification status, transaction references, registered business details and masked account information needed for payouts, support, compliance and fraud prevention.

6Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies and local storage may keep users signed in, remember carts and preferences, secure sessions, measure performance and understand platform use. Blocking essential cookies may prevent account or checkout features from working correctly.

7Data retention

Information is kept while reasonably required for accounts, orders, refunds, payouts, tax, accounting, audit, fraud prevention, disputes and legal obligations. Data no longer required may be deleted, anonymised or access-restricted.
