1Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing, registering, buying or selling through FashionHubs, you agree to these Terms and linked policies. Users must be legally capable of entering into transactions and must have authority when acting for a business.

2Marketplace role

FashionHubs provides technology that connects independent sellers and buyers. Unless a listing states otherwise, the displayed seller is responsible for the product, description, legality, quality and fulfilment. FashionHubs may facilitate payments, support, logistics, returns and refunds.

3Accounts and security

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Keep passwords, OTPs and account access confidential.
• Do not create misleading or unauthorised accounts.
• Notify FashionHubs about suspected account misuse.

Access may be restricted where verification fails, information is false, policies are breached or security or legal risk exists.

4Orders, pricing and payments

• Prices, taxes, delivery fees and payable totals are displayed at checkout.
• An order is accepted only after confirmation.
• Unavailable, incorrectly priced, restricted or suspicious orders may be cancelled and refunded.
• Payment authorisation and refund processing may depend on banks and payment providers.

5Seller obligations

• Complete required GSTIN and bank verification.
• List only lawful, genuine and accurately described products.
• Maintain correct price, stock, tax, HSN and origin details.
• Use only content and images they own or are authorised to use.
• Dispatch safely and within the stated timeline.
• Honour applicable returns, refunds and consumer rights.
• Use buyer information only for orders and support.

6Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, impersonation, false claims or review manipulation.
• Counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, recalled or prohibited goods.
• Malware, scraping, platform disruption or payment bypass.
• Harassment, unlawful content or misuse of personal information.
• Coupon abuse, false chargebacks or exploitation of technical errors.

7Content and intellectual property

FashionHubs branding, software and platform materials are owned by or licensed to Lily Garments. Users retain responsibility for submitted listings, reviews and images and grant FashionHubs permission to host, format, display and use that content to operate and promote the marketplace.

8Cancellation, returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy, product-page conditions and applicable law. Users must provide accurate reasons and evidence where requested.

9Disclaimer and limitation

The platform is provided on an available basis. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FashionHubs and Lily Garments are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from independent seller conduct, third-party services or events outside reasonable control.

10Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Users should first use the marketplace grievance process. Courts having lawful jurisdiction over the registered office of Lily Garments will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-forum and statutory rights.
